Rooms and Studios in Private Halls
The hall providers listed below are registered with the University and are also signed up to the ANUK Code, meaning that their properties should be safe and suitable for use by students and that they are managed in a fair and reasonable manner. Please see the ANUK website for more information about the scheme and understand the scope of it.
Issues with Private Halls Providers
If you encounter any issues with a private hall provider, please let us know by emailing student.housing@port.ac.uk.
By signing up to the ANUK code of conduct, the private hall provider has guaranteed that they provide a fair and thorough complaints procedure; ask to view a copy and follow it accordingly. If we find that there are major unresolved issues with a private hall provider, they will be removed from this page for the duration of the complaint. The provider may be removed permanently from this page at the discretion of The University of Portsmouth Student Housing team.
Please click on the company logo below to take you directly to their website so you can view available accommodation, speak with their accommodation team and potentially book your accommodation directly with the company.
Please note: the University of Portsmouth Student Housing Team, Portsmouth City Council and the University of Portsmouth cannot be held responsible for any private hall provider and any contract will be between you and the provider.
