1 x Inventory check on entry and 1 x on exit. 2 x mandatory cleaning inspections every year for each room are part of the contract also
We clean and maintain the entire property, including applicances and furniture to a very high standard, including upgrades where we can. You will need to be a clean and well organised housemate, or please do not proceed. If we receive complaints from other housemates etc regading lack of cleanliness or cooperation, we will give you the required notice and you will be asked to leave.
We also hope that all the housemates get on together, and you are welcome to meet any existing housemates before you commit to an agreement.
Now on a first come first served basis only. I can accept credit and debit card. Or payment by bank transfer is acceptable also. Please let me know.

We are looking for people to keep it clean since the refurbishment and for people to get along also.
