The whole downstairs has been completely refurbished with brand new flooring and a brand new smart kitchen with integrated appliances including a classic 6 ring double oven range cooker and sunken spotlight lighting. As well as loads of cupboard space there are 2 fridge freezers and a further under counter fridge, certainly no fighting over freezing space and there is a cleverly designed seating area meaning there is plenty of room for up 8 people to sit down for dinner.

The generous sized lounge boasts a brand new 43 inch HD smart TV readily connected to the 350MB unlimited high speed internet which runs throughout the house. 

The house has 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets as well as a full size bath, so no queing for loo! There is a fully kitted washroom at the back of the property, including a washer, dryer, and 2 extra fridge freezers. (No pesky trips to the launderette needed) and what's more the room opens straight out onto the street and so its ideal for bicycle storage.

Hot water is on demand via the new combi boiler and ofcourse the house is fully central heated and double-glazed for those chilly British winters. .The house has been described as more of a home rather than a student digs and is of such high standard that it is offered as holiday accommodation with airbnb each summer meaning that it comes fully equipped, with, pots, pans, cutlery, tea towels, washing up equipment, microwave, 4 slice toaster,  etc etc all you need to do is bring your bedding and move in. In fact  I can even arrange for you to have your beds made up and you can buy my bedding for the year for a small extra fee.

All bedrooms have double beds and are equipped with plenty of overhead storage. There is also an extra storage room on the second floor where you can park all your suitcases and bags etc so as to maximise the space in your bedrooms. 

Outside; garden chairs are provided so that you can relax after a hard day's study in the fully enclosed court yard; supplied with your very own BBQ.
